2022 Winner’s | Queensland’s Best Residential Subdivision

After an in-depth award submission process throughout this year, The Avenues of Highfields are so proud, excited and humbled to announce that we have taken home the highly competitive UDIA Qld Award for Excellence – Residential Subdivision for 2022 at the recent Urban Development Institute Awards.

We would like to thank everyone who has been involved in supporting The Avenues of Highfields from the beginning, including our wonderful Builder’s Guild, contractors, surveyors, friends, families and the wider community!

The Institute’s Awards for Excellence is Queensland’s most respected and highly regarded industry Awards program in the development industry.

Entrants were from all over Queensland and the highest calibre of competition. The judging process involved multiple on-site visits by a panel of professional industry members.

The Avenues of Highfields Project Director Stephen Bowers was honoured to accept this important award on behalf of The Avenues, and recognising the hard work of his team in bringing their vision to life.

“We have always kept to our core vision which has set us apart of an estate development. The Avenues of Highfields is a product of many people’s hard work and dedication, we have had incredible people working on this right from the beginning. From our Builder’s Guild, our contractors, surveyors, right through to our resident’s and the wider Highfields community.” He said.
