The Builders Guild – all you need to know

The Avenues of Highfields have formed a Builders Guild who have been carefully selected for their suitability to style, design, price and proven track record. Every purchaser of land will be able to select from this Guild and be able to choose house designs within their range or have something bespoke designed to meet your individual needs.

The Stage 1 release comprises of 51 lots which have been allocated to our Guild Builders.
Our website will have the detail of housing and land available in this first stage. You will be able to interact with the Stage 1 map.

Just pick a lot of your choice and it will detail the builder and house selected for that site. If you are interested, we invite you to negotiate with your chosen builder.

Why develop a Builders Guild?
The Builders Guild is a group of carefully selected building professionals who have been selected for their suitability to style, design, price and proven track records. The Guild will provide you with both peace of mind from a quality perspective as well as one point of contact for your entire build process.

How does the Builders Guild work?
For every lot in the development, a Builder has been allocated. Once your interest in a particular block has been confirmed you are invited to meet with the allocated Builder to discuss a pre-developed design for that block or a bespoke design for your individual needs.

What guidelines do I need to follow?
Design guidelines have been developed to give you an understanding of the expected housing styles, landscaping, fencing, garaging, setbacks etc. Your lot specified Builder is aware of each covenant and will ensure these are adhered to throughout the build. With a design covenant in place your house and the ones around you will exhibit thoughtful design that will mature over many years and leave you with a home to be proud of.

We have an eye on a particular block in The Avenues, who do we contact?
If you know who the associated Builder is with the lot you’re interested in, you are welcome to contact the company directly. The map function on The Avenues of Highfields website allows you to hover over the various lots within the stage and will identify the Builder associated with that block. If you’re still unaware of the preferred Builder, you can contact enquiries@101.0.106.54/~theavenuesofhigh and the allocated Builder will be made aware to you.

Am I allowed to build with a Builder who isn’t a part of the Builders Guild?
