The Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards recognises members at the forefront of building innovation and quality craftsmanship, promoting and showcasing excellence in Queensland’s housing and construction industry.

The annual event took place on Friday 19^th July.

A range of builders from our Builder’s Guild took home awards at the Downs & Western Mater Builders Queensland event:

Hotondo Homes Display Home ‘Jaxton’ took home the Best Display Home in the price range $351,000 – $450,000.

Gordon Bourke Constructions took home an astounding four awards, winning the Prestigious Master Builders Presidents Award, Best Bathroom Award, Best Home in the price range of $251,000 – $350,000 and Best Home in the price range of $951,000 – $1.25 million.

Kev Morris Builder also won the Best Display Home in the price range of $251,000 -$350,000 – for ‘The Sarah’.

What an outstanding achievement by all members of our Builders Guild. We are extremely proud to work with these builders as part of our Builders Guild.
