Construction industry continues

The Federal Government have announced this week that the construction industry remains an essential service and will remain open for business. Strict social distancing rules will apply on all sites and within individual businesses.

Meaning that civil and residential works will continue at The Avenues, Highfields – along with all of our Builders Guild works.

With the construction industry being one of the largest employee sectors in QLD and more so locally to the Toowoomba region this is an announcement that will save countless jobs and keep progress moving across the state.

With current build timeframes at the estate taking between 3-6 months (pending your builders individual workloads), securing your lot for construction prior to the end of the year will ensure you can move into your completed build at the end of 2020.
