If you’re looking to build your first home, The Avenues of Highfields provides a great opportunity to take advantage of the $20,000 First Home Owners’ Grant.

The First Home Owner’s Grant is like ‘savings’ off the overall price of your new home. It can greatly assist first home owners’ by making their ‘dream’ of building their first home a reality.

The grant is due to decrease to $15,000 from the 1st July 2017. In order to secure the full $20,000 grant, a signed contract must be in place by the 30th June 2017.
