A New Chapter for the Detention Basin

We are currently reviewing a proposed landscape plan to transform the Detention Basin into a beautifully integrated green space that serves both function and lifestyle. While the basin will continue its important role in water management, we see exciting potential to create a space that also adds value for our residents.

Early ideas include:

• Mature tree planting to encourage wildlife and improve amenity
• Landscaped zones that blend seamlessly with the estate’s existing streetscapes
• A focus on native species, long-term maintenance, and community usability
• An off-leash dog park with open space and natural shade
