Introducing The Avenues of Highfields Key Worker Rebate Program

In light of the ongoing challenges posed by rising property prices, The Avenues of Highfields is proud to announce the launch of our Key Worker Support Program. This initiative, born out of a deep commitment to our community’s essential service providers, aims to alleviate affordability concerns and make homeownership dreams a reality for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

At the heart of our program lies a profound appreciation for the invaluable contributions of key workers – the nurses, doctors, police officers, teachers, firefighters, paramedics, and army personnel who tirelessly support and safeguard our community day in and day out. Their unwavering dedication and selfless service deserve recognition and support, and we are honoured to stand by their side in this journey towards homeownership.

Through the Key Worker Support Program, eligible purchasers employed in essential services within a 50km radius of The Avenues of Highfields will receive a $5,000 reduction in lot costs for land purchases. This rebate serves as a tangible gesture of our gratitude for the tireless dedication and commitment demonstrated by key workers in their noble pursuit of serving our community.

Project director Stephen Bowers emphasises his motivation for the initiative saying, “It’s not because we have to, but because we want to”.
