See below footage of November’s progress update at The Avenues of Highfields development.
Stage 2, which will also be known as the Parklands Precinct, is well under way with the streets currently being laid. The central park, to be called Sandy Brennan Park, forms a large section of the new area, and includes a central pavilion, children’s play equipment, wide bike and footpaths and large open spaces.
A key feature will be the eagle statue, which currently resides at Highfields Village Shopping Centre. The eagle statue will be relocated to the development in the near future and will take pride of place at the eastern entrance of Sandy Brennan Park. The Park will be an area for residents of The Avenues and the local community to gather and enjoy celebrations.
There are still limited lots remaining in Stage 1. To find out more, contact us today at enquiries@101.0.106.54/~theavenuesofhigh or one of our exclusively selected Builders Guild members to discuss the remaining lots.
