Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant Extended

Have you heard the news? The Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant has been extended until 31 December 2017!

The grant was set to expire at the end of June, but an extension of another six months was announced in last night’s Queensland State Budget. The extension is great news for those looking to get in to the housing market and purchase their own home.

The grant offers first-home buyers $20,000 to purchase a new house, townhouse or unit valued at up to $750,000.
