Sarah’s Story

Sarah is a 26-year old young mum, wife and Teacher who built her beautiful Hotondo home in The Avenues in 2018. Due to her small family, Sarah wanted to ensure that they would be building their first home within a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood.

Sarah described her family as being homely. They enjoy the peace and quiet and walks to the local park.
Originally, Sarah was looking at purchasing an established home, but after some searching in the local market, unfortunately, they couldn’t find a home that had the traits and features they so badly desired.

When they made the decision to build their own house, they went to numerous builders and put them through a “rigorous test”!

Sarah wanted to ensure that they would have a top-quality home in a community that nurtured their growing family. Once they met with the team at Hotondo Homes, saw the land, the plans and the facilities that The Avenues had to offer, she knew this was the perfect environment for her young family to continue growing.
