The first home vacant land concession is available on vacant land valued under $400,000 and can save you up to $7,175 in transfer duty.

You do not have to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to claim a concession, but you must have never claimed the first home vacant land concession on another project in Australia.

You must build your first home on the land and move in within 2 years of settlement and live there for at least one year from the move-in date.
