Shane Webcke joins The Avenues of Highfields as Estate Ambassador

OFFICIALLY announcing his brand ambassador role in 2020, NRL legend Shane Webcke has joined The Avenues of Highfields – Toowoomba’s premier land estate. Shane praises the project for their dedication to the developments vision and providing the region an estate of it’s calibre.

 

“What caught my eye – given that I have been around property development a lot over the years, was the absolute quality of land. Relatively flat with sufficient undulation giving rise to magnificent building sites”

 

“My first home was actually in Highfields, having been born in Toowoomba. My Dad had a small farm on the New England Highway” estate ambassador Shane Webcke said.

 

Now 3 years into the project, The Avenues of Highfields is welcoming a number of families to the estate – both from Toowoomba but also interstate.

 

“A number of families have relocated to the development from interstate – including new parents, established families and retirees”

 

““The Highfields area has such a rich history, partnered with an exciting future – making it the perfect location for singles, couples, families and retirees to invest or re-invest” The Avenues of Highfields Project Director Stephen Bowers said.

 

Works commenced on Stage 3 in late 2019 and will be completed in early 2020 – headed by local construction company Hutchinson’s.

 

“The estate’s strict protocol around design and theme sets the tone of the estate. Many different styles of homes are present in the estate but all with character and a modern, yet old-world feel”

 

“The classic layout, with the park and recreation area at its core, promotes an enhanced sense of community. Add to that the wide tree planted verges, I think that over time it will encompass a beautiful shady community minded place to call home – a place where people really love to live.” Shane added.
