Did you hear? 24km of the TSRC has officially opened to traffic.

Motorists with vehicles up to and including B double trucks have access to 24km of the TSRC between Mort Street (Cranley) and the Gore Highway (Athol) from 8 December 2018.

The 24km opened section between Cranley and Athol provides new connections for cars and light commercial vehicles between Athol, the logistics hub at Charlton, and the Toowoomba CBD, via Mort Street.

The newly opened section is a designated B-Double Route, with access between the Mort Street interchange and the New England Highway for travel north from Toowoomba.
