Sandy Brennan Park: Just days away from completion

April 2018 update presents The Avenues are now just days away from the completion of Sandy Brennan Park in the stunning Parklands Precinct. See below footage for the overall April update.

Sandy Brennan Park, the centrepiece of the project, 1.5 acres at the centre of the estate where you can walk the dog, kick a ball or come down and have a picnic. It is something very special and the Avenues are so pleased to be delivering this to the community of Highfields.

The Avenues promised the buyers they would have the park completed before the first resident arrival in the development. We are now just days away and the promise has been kept.

Stage three updates to come, with construction anticipated for later this year in 2018.
