February Progress Update – Parklands Precinct

We have now finished the civil works for Stage 2, The Parklands Precinct – with the only completion of the signature Parklands remaining. With the first houses constructed, the Parklands will be delivered before the first resident comes to The Avenues.

The Parklands is quite formal and will be the central meeting place surrounded by landscaped garden beds, formal pathways throughout for children to ride their bikes, an extensive set of playground equipment, as well as the picnic tables and shelter for our residents who have their celebrations in.

We’re building a community, not a subdivision. It’s about the people who live here and how they engage with each other that will make this a unique community.

A lot of thought has gone into the Parklands Precinct and we are going to demonstrate how you can build high value and high quality homes on small lots.
