Why our resident’s love living at The Avenues!

Community is at the heart of The Avenues of Highfields, and is one of the major unique aspects of the award-winning subdivision.

Resident’s Vicky and David shared their story about coming home to The Avenues of Highfields and “moving back to country”. After living in Sydney and other cities across Australia, they were looking for a tree change and somewhere more quiet and relaxing to settle down, which is when they found The Avenues. The sense of community, the clean streets and the safety of the neighbourhood are just a few of the things they love about their life in The Avenues of Highfields!

Tom and Jas love The Avenues so much they’ve built here twice! Their first home was an investment decision, as The Avenues properties have been holding and steeaily increasing in value , however proved to be the perfect place to also expand their growing young family. The wide range of close-by schools and sporting facilities were a huge consideration for the couple, and they can’t wait to firmly plant their roots!
