The Builders Guild is a group of carefully selected building professionals who have been selected for their suitability to style, design, price and proven track records. The Guild will provide you with both peace of mind from a quality perspective as well as one point of contact for your entire build process.
How does the Builders Guild work?
Once your interest in a particular block has been confirmed you are invited to meet the members of our Builders Guild. You’ll be able to discuss pre-developed designs and bespoke designs, so you can choose the builder that is right for your individual needs.
What guidelines do I need to follow?
Design guidelines have been developed to give you an understanding of the expected housing styles, landscaping, fencing, garaging, setbacks etc. The Builders Guild is aware of each covenant and will ensure these are adhered to throughout the build. With a design covenant in place your house and the ones around you will exhibit thoughtful design that will mature over many years and leave you with a home to be proud of.
